Cancelling or Modifying your order
We use an automatic system that process orders as soon as it is paid. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been paid for
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Buzz876, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Buzz876 does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered
